About The Position

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Small Business Services B2B. This role targets clients and prospects with 1-49 employees within a defined geographic territory. The representative will identify and sign new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and more, and sell additional solutions to existing clients. Responsibilities include cultivating relationships, setting appointments, gathering leads, assessing client needs, and closing business in the field. The company provides high-quality sales training and utilizes the latest sales technology. Key attributes for success include integrity, resilience, positivity, and a determined attitude. The role offers uncapped commissions, incentive trips, and career advancement opportunities within a stable and respected tech company.

Requirements

  • Ability to cold call without fear of rejection.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to present ideas clearly and professionally in writing, in-person, and over the phone.
  • Agile Solution Seeker and problem solver, capable of finding solutions during fast-paced change.
  • Continuous Learner, always seeking to improve processes.
  • One to two years of prior work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or another relevant industry, OR Military experience.
  • A college degree is not required but acceptable.

Responsibilities

  • Grow business by closing sales, winning business, and reaching sales goals, working independently and collaboratively within assigned geography.
  • Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
  • Cultivate additional business within existing accounts by selling cloud-based human resources solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the network, demonstrating grace under pressure and high ethical standards.
