We are currently seeking driven and motivated Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales Professionals to join our team and support the expansion of our small to medium-sized business solutions campaign. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, team-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional client service with integrity. Requirements

  • Availability to work full-time (Monday to Friday)
  • Previous B2B sales experience with a proven track record is considered an asset
  • Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong command of English

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead sourcing
  • Research and identify key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships through consistent follow-up
  • Schedule and coordinate business appointments
  • Maintain and update prospect data within the sales database
  • Convert inbound and outbound leads into paying customers
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Manage client expectations and respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner
