About The Position

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Small Business Services, targeting clients with 1-49 employees in the Salt Lake and Boise, Idaho territories. This role involves identifying and signing new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits solutions, as well as selling additional solutions to existing clients. The daily activities include cultivating relationships, setting appointments, gathering leads, assessing client needs to present ADP solutions, and closing business in the field. Requirements

  • Ability to present ideas clearly and professionally in writing, in-person, and over the phone.

  • Continuous Learner, always seeking to improve processes.
  • One to two years of prior work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or another relevant industry, OR Military experience.

Responsibilities

  • Grow business by closing sales, winning new business, and reaching sales goals, working independently and collaboratively within the assigned geography.
  • Turn prospects into loyal clients by implementing a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
  • Deepen relationships within existing accounts by strategically cultivating additional business and selling cloud-based human resources solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the network, demonstrating grace under pressure and high ethical standards.
