About The Position

ADP is hiring a Field Sales Representative, Small Business. This role involves selling ADP solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits, to new and existing clients both in person and using virtual technology. The representative will act as a consultative business partner, introducing ADP’s leading solutions to Chief Financial Officers, Human Resources and Payroll Administrators, Small Business Owners, and more. The position offers a formal career path, high-quality sales training, and autonomy and flexibility in the daily schedule after an initial period of guided goal setting. It emphasizes work-life balance with a set Monday-Friday schedule, no weekends, uncapped commission, incentive trips, and promotional opportunities within a dynamic, inclusive team environment, while gaining credibility as part of an industry-leading sales team in a stable tech company.

Nice To Haves

  • B2B field sales experience
  • Ability to successfully build a network and effectively use social media for sales
  • Running a full sales cycle from prospecting, vetting potential clients, presenting/demoing products, and closing the deal
  • Valid driver's license and reliable access to a personal vehicle are required for this field-based role.
  • Fluent Mandarin/Cantonese

Responsibilities
