The Small Business Broker Representative serves as the primary internal business contact for the broker and consultant community, and is responsible for broker satisfaction. The key responsibilities include answering inquiries, licensing/appointment process, solving problems, training and onboarding of new brokers, aiding in the stratification of agencies, serve as point of contact for Employee Navigator and implementation of new groups. The Broker Representative is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to brokers, as well as represent needs and goals within the organization to ensure the broker’s needs are addressed.
