The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new commercial accounts and selling HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services and solutions. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and qualifying new prospects through professional, ethical, and value-based sales practices while maintaining a strong customer-focused approach. The BDR is expected to consistently meet or exceed baseline sales targets by executing the Company's established sales process.
