The Lease Sales Representative is a self-starter responsible for identifying sales opportunities, conducting sales calls, and visiting diverse customers and executives within an assigned territory to fulfill their transportation and financial needs through full-service truck leasing. This role involves prospecting new B2B customer accounts, retaining existing customers, and penetrating existing accounts to increase business volume and revenue. The representative is expected to exceed monthly revenue quotas through ongoing customer development, prospecting activities, consistent proposal generation, and active management of a sales pipeline. Penske recognizes its Lease Sales teams' efforts with commissions, a company vehicle, and top sales performer recognition programs, and invests in training and development.
