Eight Sleep is seeking its first Business Development Representative (BDR) focused on the B2B market to help scale high-value accounts. This role is crucial for selling the Pod in bulk to professional sports organizations, medical institutions, executives, and other premium buyers where sleep, recovery, and performance are paramount. The BDR will own the top of the sales funnel, responsible for identifying accounts, mapping decision-makers, executing outbound strategies, and booking qualified meetings. While the Inside Sales and B2B Lead will close deals, the BDR will also be involved in post-sale account management, including installations, client communication, troubleshooting, and long-term relationship building. This is a unique BDR role that goes beyond just booking meetings, focusing on building strong relationships within high-performance communities and offering opportunities for growth into closing deals.
