About The Position
Trinity Solar is hiring entry-level Sales Representatives for a personal development program designed to build sales skills. Previous sales experience is not necessary; the company provides paid training and ongoing support. Representatives generate qualified leads among homeowners interested in residential solar energy systems, schedule free information sessions, and consult with qualifying homeowners by providing useful product knowledge. Compensation includes a base salary plus commissions, and the company offers benefits intended to reward employees’ work and development.
Requirements
- Be self-driven and highly motivated.
- Have a proven track record of setting and achieving goals.
- Have a reliable mode of transportation.
- Have a cell phone with data and internet.
- Be 18 years old or older.
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service, inside or outside sales, or customer-interfacing experience is a plus.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Certain opportunities may require a clean DMV record.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads of homeowners interested in residential solar energy systems.
- Schedule prospective customers for a free information session.
- Serve as a consultant and provide useful product knowledge to qualifying homeowners.
- Acquire, retain, and continually develop industry knowledge.
- Represent Trinity Solar Inc. and its brand with professionalism and integrity.
- Meet and exceed lead generation goals.
