About The Position

Tampa Honda, a Lithia & Driveway dealership, is seeking a Sales Representative to help customers find vehicles that fit their lifestyles. The role involves guiding customers through vehicle selection and purchasing, explaining product features and finance options, and building lasting customer relationships through service and follow-up. The dealership emphasizes integrity, teamwork, employee and customer excellence, and ongoing product knowledge and training. Prior automotive sales experience is a plus but is not required.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated, goal-oriented mindset and desire to succeed.
• Professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm for helping others.

Nice To Haves

• Prior automotive sales experience.
