Representatives serve as brand ambassadors, demonstrate product features and benefits, encourage sales, and interact with Costco members. The role offers a starting rate of $23–$24 per hour plus commission for surpassing sales quotas. The company provides a promotional kit and biweekly pay by direct deposit. Requirements
- Outgoing personality and ability to approach and talk to customers.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Experience with direct sales.
- Email and basic computer or mobile device skills.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to lift and carry a 2' x 4' folding table weighing approximately 20 pounds, as well as products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials.
- Ability to stand for seven hours.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision as the only team member at a location.

Responsibilities
- Approach and interact with Costco members to promote brands provided by suppliers.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and value, and encourage sales.
- Represent the company competently and professionally while working at Costco.
- Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
- Participate in regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with the team and/or regional manager.
- Transport the folding table, products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials between the car and store.
