About The Position
The Preventative Maintenance Sales role is critical to the growth and profitability of Impact Fire Services. The successful candidate will promote and sell service agreements (PMAs) for commercial building systems, including inspections, fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler, extinguishers, e-lights, and DAS systems. The role also involves quoting service repairs and upgrades for existing contract customers. The position is based out of the NW Arkansas district office.
Requirements
- Previous exposure to sales methodologies, standards, and disciplines.
- Interest in self and team development and adding value in a complex sales environment.
- Ability to grasp concepts easily and eagerness for continuous learning.
- Personable, outgoing, energetic, genuine, reliable, influential, and memorable.
- Aptitude for technical knowledge and a high level of attention to detail.
- Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required.
- MVR checks are required for driving positions.
Nice To Haves
- Three or more years of progressive sales experience is preferred, but not required.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively in individual and group settings.
- Experience selling services and intangible offerings.
- Demonstrated knowledge of each stage of the sales cycle and process.
- Demonstrated sales results in acquisition, organic growth, and retention.
