About The Position

Champion Window is hiring Sales Representatives for sunroom and window sales. Experienced home-improvement sales consultants are sought for sunroom sales; no experience is required for window sales. Representatives conduct in-home presentations using company-provided, pre-qualified appointments and receive paid sales training, daily coaching, and opportunities to attend sales and training meetings. The role offers unlimited earning potential, with stated first-year potential of $100,000–$200,000 plus, and career advancement opportunities. Requirements

• For sunroom sales, experienced sales consultants in the home-improvement industry are sought; no experience is required for window sales.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Competitive, driven, assertive, and enthusiastic approach.
• Persuasive, self-motivated, detail- and goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Strong communication skills, self-discipline, and accountability.
• Coachable, teachable, and eager to earn.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers.
• Identify customer needs and wants and use Champion’s proven sales presentation.
• Negotiate and close sales.
• Participate in daily sales and training meetings and coaching sessions.
