About The Position

Cintas is hiring a Sales Representative to develop new business-to-business accounts in its First Aid and Safety Division. The role involves prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments, presenting programs, meeting sales quotas, and transporting product samples for presentations. Cintas provides a comprehensive sales training program covering product knowledge, mentorship, the sales process, and business development strategies.

Requirements

• At least one year of outside sales experience or successful completion of a Cintas sales training program.
• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Develop and qualify leads within the assigned territory through cold calling and lead-generation campaigns to create additional sales opportunities.
• Gather and use business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls and product presentations and drive new business.
• Prospect, cold call, set appointments, and present programs to prospective customers.
• Transport product samples for presentations.
