About The Position

Consolidated Employer Services (CES) is a rapidly expanding company in Ohio, offering comprehensive administrative services and support to small and midsize businesses. Our services encompass payroll, human resources, risk management, and employee benefits. We are actively searching for a driven Sales Representative to become a part of our Columbus-based team. Requirements

• Can sell yourself to clients and leadership
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work full-time in person at our Columbus office

• 1+ year of sales experience preferred (B2B a plus)

Responsibilities

• Conduct inside and outside sales activities
• Set appointments via phone and meet with prospects in person
• Build relationships with small and midsize business owners
• Present CES solutions related to HR, payroll, benefits, and risk management
• Maintain accurate sales activity records
• Participate in ongoing sales training and development
