About The Position
RoofOne is currently hiring a motivated Sales Representative: Repairs Division to become part of our expanding team. This field-based Sales Representative position gives you the opportunity to meet directly with homeowners, perform roof inspections, evaluate repair needs, and recommend customized solutions while delivering outstanding customer service. As a Sales Representative, you will guide customers through each stage of the sales process with professionalism, maintain organized communication and follow-up, and build trust through knowledgeable recommendations and exceptional customer service. Requirements
- At least one year of roofing industry experience
- Strong communication abilities
- Self-motivation
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable climbing ladders
- Comfortable working at heights
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to perform inspections in varying weather conditions at customer work sites
- A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
