Entry Level Sales Representative
About The Position
Cleft of the Rock is hiring an entry-level sales representative to help businesses and individuals protect their people and financial security through supplemental insurance solutions. The representative works directly with business owners, decision-makers, and individual clients to educate them about benefits and enroll them in suitable programs. This is a full-time independent-contractor role in a local territory, conducted in person. Compensation is commission-based, with an average of $65,000–$85,000 annually for entry-level agents and an optional base draw during the first six weeks. The company provides comprehensive training, hands-on mentorship, and licensing assistance and reimbursement.
