About The Position

Alpine Legacy Group is hiring a Sales Representative to introduce supplemental insurance programs to small and mid-sized business owners in a local territory. The role includes meeting with business owners and their employees, hosting group presentations, and becoming a trusted advisor in the community. New hires begin with a comprehensive training program combining online learning, field mentorship, and hands-on experience, working alongside a dedicated field trainer. Prior sales experience is not required for candidates with the right attitude and drive.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license, or willingness to obtain one.
Bachelor’s degree or at least 4 years of post-high-school work experience; candidates nearing degree completion may also be considered.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with local businesses and professionals through in-person visits, networking, and referrals.
Use the custom Salesforce CRM to manage leads, track activity, and build a client portfolio.
Schedule and conduct meetings with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.
Host group presentations and meet with employees one-on-one.
Maintain consistent communication with the team and sales manager through scheduled calls and meetings.
Follow up on referral leads, reservice existing accounts, and grow the book of business.
Set and achieve personal sales goals with guidance from the manager.
Maintain an organized weekly schedule and submit activity reports at the end of each workday.
