About The Position

Miracle-Ear is seeking a sales professional to lead sales of hearing aids and perform comprehensive hearing evaluations. The position combines sales with customer care in a medical-related field. The successful candidate will receive training to obtain a professional license and develop into a Hearing Care Professional. The role reports to the Area Manager. Base pay is $65,000 while obtaining a license, with total earning potential of $100,000–$150,000 including base salary and uncapped commission. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows, CRM, and POS systems.
