Partly is building the AI infrastructure layer for the global repair industry, starting with the automotive market. The company has developed a frontier model called Interpreter, which is the world's first AI purpose-built to understand vehicle damage and the parts needed to fix it. Founded by ex-Rocket Lab engineers, Partly has experienced significant growth, tripled in size in the last 18 months, and recently raised a $50m Series B. The role is focused on expanding into the U.S. repair industry.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of proven, high-velocity B2B sales experience (field, territory, or SaaS).
  • Ability to hunt, consult, and close deals.
  • Ability to walk into a blue-collar shop, talk to people, and earn trust quickly.
  • Thrive with autonomy and manage a region, build local relationships, and make sound decisions independently.
  • Comfortable in ambiguity and helping to build systems.
  • Resilient and proactive, prepared to travel or be on the phone.
  • Ability to handle rejection well and turn objections into conversations about ROI and workflow improvement.
  • Process-driven with the ability to manage a high-velocity pipeline without dropping detail.
  • Technically curious and able to learn how shops operate (inventory management, invoicing, supplier relationships).
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable being accountable for outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Partly's expansion into the independent automotive and collision shop market starting in Houston, TX.
  • Own the full-cycle sales process from walk-in to close, including in-person drop-ins, discovery calls, platform demos, and signing founding partners.
  • Build and manage a personal pipeline with discipline and velocity.
  • Manage a specific region, building relationships with shop owners and operators, and leveraging local networks.
  • Explain how Partly solves real problems such as saving time on invoicing, managing supplier relationships, and reducing manual data entry.
  • Advise on procurement workflows and understand how shops estimate, source parts (OEM, aftermarket, recycled), and how DRP scorecards influence behavior.
  • Handle objections with confidence and work with customers to understand their pain points and processes.
  • Execute consistent outbound activity to generate pipeline.
  • Collaborate with RevOps for deal tracking and analytics, and with Onboarding for smooth handoffs and fast time-to-value.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene, forecast accurately, and keep a tight next-step cadence.
  • Identify and feed back patterns (objections, blockers, feature requests) to Product and GTM teams.
