The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) has broad responsibilities related to customer service, sales, and project coordination. As business professionals, their primary function is to build key relationships with their ISR peers, Area Sales Managers, Operations, and customers. Essentially, they are the central hub between all departments within the organization. They are responsible for executing the business processes between those groups efficiently, consistently, and with clear communication. The ISR is a key role for the organization that allows interaction with all aspects of the business and is a great position for anyone with experience or someone with the positive attitude willing to learn. This position extends the opportunity to learn our business within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Power Generation industries. ISRs have duties and responsibilities in the following areas: Customer / Account Management, Proposal Management, Project/Commercial Management, Quality / Continuous Improvement, and QESH (Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health).
