International Sales Reporting Specialist

This role manages product data, reporting, and analytics to ensure accurate item setup, pricing, and sales performance tracking across retailer platforms. It also supports sales and marketing by delivering data-driven insights, coordinating with teams and suppliers, and ensuring effective promotional execution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing grocery and convenience store accounts.
  • Proven track record of hitting sales quotas and ACV – building new items.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI and Tableau dashboards.
  • Strong CRM discipline and a focus on turning data into actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of data validation, reconciliation, and auditability.
  • Proficient in Excel (must), Excel Formulas, Excel PivotTables, dashboards

Nice To Haves

  • Prior exposure to multicultural marketing strategies and campaigns strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is a plus.
  • Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or Power BI Data Analyst Associate preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage SKU onboarding by loading new items into retailer portals and sourcing accurate UPCs, specifications, and pack sizes to ensure flawless setup.
  • Maintain and update promotional pricing forms to support accurate execution of pricing strategies.
  • Identify and resolve cost discrepancies prior to store-level implementation, preventing pricing errors at the shelf.
  • Develop automated daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports on shipments, inventory, capacity, and compliance.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reconcile data across platforms.
  • Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for speed, scalability, and usability.
  • Prepare and Maintain Sales Report through PowerBI and Data Base
  • Coordinate with Team and Suppliers to ensure accurate sales Data
  • Providing up to date Data information for Marketing Catalog
  • Extract and analyze POS data from Nielsen and IRI to monitor performance trends, identify growth opportunities, and inform sales strategy.
  • Generate velocity and distribution reports to evaluate product movement and market penetration across key accounts and regions.
  • Develop data-driven, presentation-ready decks for buyer meetings, delivering clear insights and actionable recommendations to support sales objectives.
  • Create detailed deal sheets outlining promotional offers, product details, and pricing for retailer partners.
  • Track ad and tab placements across circulars, digital platforms, and retailer marketing channels to ensure accurate promotion visibility.
  • Verify in-store execution by collecting and reviewing photographic evidence from field teams, confirming compliance with promotional guidelines and display standards.
