About The Position

The Investor Reporting Specialist is responsible for aggregating loan activity into summary remittance reports, reconciling custodial bank accounts and loan activity, and accurately remitting funds to investors within specified timeframes. This role requires effective utilization of systems such as Excel, SQL, and Black Knight/LPS, as well as ensuring deal points are analyzed and communicated. The specialist will also research and resolve investor and owner questions in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or equivalent experience
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel
• Excellent Analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of Investor Requirements as relates to Investor Accounting
• Demonstrated ability to organize and manage projects simultaneously
• Ability to handle stress and multiple projects with competing interests for time

Responsibilities

• Aggregate loan activity from various sources into summary remittance reports
• Reconcile custodial bank accounts and loan activity within specified timeframes
• Accurately remit calculated funds due investors within specified timeframes
• Effectively understand and utilize appropriate systems: Excel, SQL and Black Knight/LPS
• Ensure all deal points are completely analyzed and communicated to appropriate parties
• Research and resolve Investor/Owner questions timely and accurately
