About The Position

The Investor Reporting Analyst II is responsible for the reporting, reconciliation, and remittance activity assigned to the Investor Reporting Analyst I. This role also includes the training of other Investor Reporting analysts and the completion of ancillary reporting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or equivalent experience
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel
• Excellent Analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Working knowledge of Investor Requirements as relates to Investor Accounting
• Demonstrated ability to organize and manage projects simultaneously
• Ability to handle stress and multiple projects with competing interests for time

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated competency in Investor Reporting Analyst I position
• Trains and mentors other Investor Reporting Analysts
• Timely and accurately completes ancillary reporting processes as assigned
• Aggregate loan activity from various sources into summary remittance reports
• Reconcile custodial bank accounts and loan activity within specified timeframes
• Accurately remit calculated funds due investors within specified timeframes
• Effectively understand and utilize appropriate systems: Excel, SQL and Black Knight/LPS
• Ensure all deal points are completely analyzed and communicated to appropriate parties
• Research and resolve Investor/Owner questions timely and accurately
