About The Position

OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking an experienced Reporting Specialist to support the FP&A team. This role involves delivering accurate, timely, and actionable insights through data analysis, reporting, and automation. The specialist will partner closely with F&A and cross-functional stakeholders to improve forecasting, planning, variance analysis, and decision support by ensuring high-quality data and analytical rigor. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or similar discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to track financial and operational KPIs.
  • Build strong working relationships and create/maintain a positive working environment.
  • Collaborate with F&A, Operations, and IT to align data definitions and reporting standards.
  • Automate recurring reports and analytical processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure data integrity by validating financial data across multiple systems and sources.
  • Perform special projects and other ad-hoc duties as needed.
