Open Management is hiring a full-time Real Estate Sales & Leasing Representative (Remote – International). This role is responsible for managing inbound leads, guiding prospective residents through the home buying and leasing process, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will play a key role in converting leads into residents while supporting leasing operations across multiple communities.

Requirements

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English required
  • Sales Experience: Proven ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close deals over the phone
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and communication tools
  • Highly Organized: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple leads at once
  • Self-Starter: Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Customer-Focused: Passion for helping people find their next home

Nice To Haves

  • Leasing or Real Estate Experience: Preferred but not required; property management experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, text, and email
  • Answer questions about available homes and provide detailed, accurate information
  • Schedule and coordinate virtual or in-person property showings
  • Guide prospective residents through the application, approval, and move-in process
  • Maintain and update lead activity in CRM systems
  • Follow up consistently with leads to drive conversions and meet leasing goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective residents, team members, and vendors
  • Stay organized and proactive in managing a high volume of leads
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient leasing process
