About The Position

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Invoice Accelerator Representative I to join our team. In this role, you’ll engage with Suppliers to provide education on AvidXchange’s products and services while representing our brand with professionalism and integrity. You’ll leverage consultative sales techniques to influence decision makers, build relationships, and promote the value of AvidXchange solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoys driving results through meaningful conversations.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of outbound calling experience required.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal — with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Assertive and curious mindset, capable of taking direction while working independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume sales pipeline with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Engage Suppliers through outbound calls to educate them on AvidXchange products and services.
  • Use consultative sales techniques to influence decision makers and demonstrate value.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly performance quotas and qualitative goals.
  • Collaborate with peers by sharing best practices and contributing to a positive, values-based team culture.
  • Maintain and protect the AvidXchange brand and supplier trust through professionalism and integrity.
  • Deliver a professional, informative, and value-driven experience for all supplier interactions.
