About The Position

Crystal D is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Inside Sales Solutions Representative to join our Sales team! In this role, you’ll help customers find creative award and recognition solutions while building strong partnerships and driving sales growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of inside sales, account management, or customer-facing sales experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable learning new technology and systems
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and sales driven

Responsibilities

  • Create accurate quotes and guide customers through the sales process
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Follow up on opportunities to convert quotes into orders
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Conduct proactive outreach to grow existing accounts and uncover new opportunities
  • Become a trusted product expert and resource for customers
