About The Position

Divinity Group is seeking a Sales Representative and Field Trainer to execute business-to-business sales and lead field training, coaching, and mentorship. The role involves owning a territory and schedule, building a disciplined, high-value book of business, delivering presentations, tracking performance metrics, and meeting or exceeding goals. The representative will help elevate team performance and represent Divinity Group with discipline and a results-driven approach. The position offers a stated annual salary range of $75,000–$95,000, consisting of base draw, commissions, and bonuses. Work is in person in the field, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekends as needed.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in structured, high-accountability, performance-driven environments.
Willingness to obtain a Health & Life producer license; the license cost is reimbursed.
Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
Self-motivation and a strong drive to succeed and outperform.
Ability to take charge, lead teams, and deliver consistent results.
