Field Trainer and Sales Representative
About The Position
Cleft of the Rock provides supplemental insurance solutions to businesses and individuals. The Field Trainer & Sales Representative guides clients through insurance solutions while supporting and training team members. The role involves meeting with business owners, managers, and employees, presenting solutions, building a personal book of business, maintaining client relationships, and mentoring new team members. It is an in-person, business-to-business and individual sales position. Compensation is $85,000–$105,000 per year with draw pay, commissions, and bonuses. The schedule is Monday–Friday, with weekends as needed. The position is offered as an independent contractor.

Responsibilities
- Meet with business owners, managers, and employees to present insurance solutions.

- Mentor and train new team members, providing guidance and clear direction.
- Follow up on leads, maintain client relationships, and ensure consistent service.
- Collaborate with management to set goals, track progress, and support team performance.
