Sales Recruiter

Mercury•Portland, OR
•$96,700 - $120,900

About The Position

Mercury is looking for a Sales Recruiter to help build and scale its Sales team, which is often the first group founders and business owners interact with and supports customers as their companies grow. The recruiter will own full-cycle searches across the sales organization, including high-volume Sales Development Representative roles, Account Executives, Relationship Managers, and Account Development roles. They will partner with hiring managers and senior recruiters, manage searches end to end, and help improve recruiting operations as Mercury grows. The role suits someone organized and proactive who is comfortable owning work autonomously, learning a business quickly, and providing candidates with a thoughtful experience. The recruiter will manage searches, engage candidates, use funnel data to guide recruiting efforts, communicate progress and blockers to stakeholders, represent Mercury to candidates, and manage offers and closing. Mercury offers base salary, equity (stock options/RSUs), and benefits. Salary ranges vary by location: US employees in New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area: $107,400–$120,900 USD; US employees elsewhere: $96,700–$108,800 USD; Canadian employees: $101,500–$114,200 CAD. Offers reflect experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity.
