About The Position

At Tribe Wellness Sales, we’re on a mission to help pets live longer, healthier lives through supplements that actually deliver. This role focuses on reaching out to customers who abandoned their carts, re-engaging them to complete their purchase. You will help pet owners understand the right products for their dog’s needs, answering questions and removing uncertainty with clarity and care. The goal is to convert warm leads into completed sales by building trust, addressing objections, and reinforcing value, transforming near-buyers into loyal, repeat customers. You will work closely with dedicated leaders, leveraging training resources to master conversion and customer connection. This is a commission-only role with limitless earning potential, operating in a global remote environment.

Requirements

Highly-driven self starters, motivated by growth opportunities and the drive to excel in sales.
Knowledge, background, or raw passion around health and wellness.
Excellent verbal and written skills, with top-notch communication skills and a knack for building genuine connections.
Ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) starting at 8 AM CST.
Reliable internet and equipment are required.
A fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer, with a working mic, camera, and a headset.
Ethernet connection strongly preferred.
Minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload of dedicated internet speed, with latency under ~150ms, jitter under ~30ms, and packet loss under ~1%.
