Sales Project Manager

Agile IT•San Diego, CA
•$70,304 - $85,000•Remote

About The Position

Agile IT is hiring a Sales Project Manager to support the operations of its developing partner program for the Defense Industrial Base (DIB). The role ensures partner referrals and registered deals are logged, reviewed, traceable, and accurately represented in the pipeline, from initial referral through close. It is an inside role with travel for partner events, and includes building and revising processes as the program grows. The role is measured by whether the partner pipeline is accurate, current, and progressing. The position works under the Head of Channel, who selects partners, events, and tools and determines how the program operates. Partner agreements, referral fees, and payouts are approved by the CEO. The role does not sell; the sales team works partner-sourced deals, while this position maintains accurate records and flags potential errors. The role is remote, with travel up to 30% of the time, mostly for partner events. It is the second position on a two-person channel team.
