Sales Project Manager

About The Position

Agile IT is hiring a Sales Project Manager to keep its sales pipeline moving from prospecting and qualification through quoting, quote follow-up, and ongoing support work. The role has particular focus on post-quote follow-up, where deals currently tend to stall. Working closely with marketing and sales staff, the position manages a large, changing set of prospective projects and keeps track of each opportunity’s status, next steps, and owner. The Sales Project Manager maintains clean CRM data, ensures account executives follow up on the right deals at the right time, and manages MSAs and NDAs through signature. After signature, the role shepherds deals through handoff to delivery and helps account executives provide ongoing client support and maintenance. As familiarity with company systems grows, the position identifies ways to improve the process and leads projects to implement those improvements. This is a fully remote role reporting to the Sr. Manager of Sales. It is suited to someone who is organized, works independently, and enjoys bringing structure to a busy pipeline.
