The Sales Program Manager works closely with members of the leadership team to support the overall sales strategy by creating, marketing, delivering and supporting sales-related development, services, tools, resources and analytics. This role ensures that our Sales talent is equipped to retain existing clients as well as originate and close new business opportunities. This role provides quality, cost effective sales training and support services that make a demonstrable contribution to the achievement of the company's strategy and supports improvements in sales capabilities.
