Client Concierge / Mortgage Assistant Position Purpose: The Client Concierge / Mortgage Assistant serves as both the first point of contact for clients visiting the mortgage floor and a key support resource for the Retail Mortgage team. This role blends front-of-house client experience responsibilities with mortgage assistant functions to ensure smooth daily operations, exceptional service, and responsive support during periods of increased loan volume. This position will be stepping in to provide hands-on assistance in retail mortgage operations when volume spikes, similar to the support provided by experienced Mortgage Assistants Qualities of a successful candidate include: Prior administrative, customer service, or banking experience preferred. Mortgage or lending experience is helpful but not required. Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor Ability to multitask and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills General computer proficiency and ability to learn bank systems and software Clear verbal and written communication skills Trustworthy with the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Enjoys working with both customers and team members
