About The Position

The position is crucial for maintaining smooth operations and effective communication. As part of the Administration and Secretarial Services Generalist team, the Client Concierge will provide administrative support both virtually and in office/client sites, demonstrating technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media tools, and emerging mobile and virtual support technologies.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • At least 1 year of administrative or PwC experience

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to identify and address client needs
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive and collaborative team environment
  • Experience in administrative support or customer service

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support virtually and in office/client sites as required
  • Demonstrate technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media tools as well as learn and utilize new technologies in everyday task

  • Utilize emerging mobile and virtual support technologies

  • Proactively anticipate client needs and resolve issues with urgency and discretion
