The Client Manager – West Coast at Luminare Health is responsible for building and maintaining consultative and strategic partnerships with an assigned book of business in the West Coast region. This role covers the entire client life cycle, from implementation through everyday problem resolution, upsell, and renewal activities. Success is measured by the ability to retain and grow revenue for the assigned book of business and to exceed client expectations for service excellence. The Client Manager acts as a champion for clients, influencing others to deliver results. Understanding the self-insured TPA environment is beneficial, and staying updated on market trends is crucial for positioning Luminare Health programs and solutions effectively. The role involves working directly with sales executives during finalist presentations and potentially presenting to prospective clients. The Client Manager is expected to support and service between 12 and 20 clients, maintaining senior management-level contact with client stakeholders and brokers. This position also includes participation in internal projects that support clients or the client management organization. This is a Telecommute (Remote) role, requiring candidates to live within the continental United States (excluding Alaska, New York, California, or Hawaii) and be available during standard Pacific Time business hours.
