Demonstrate vehicle features and technology.
Conduct test drives.
Explain financing, leasing, warranties, and available protection products.
Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
Follow up with customers before and after the sale.
Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training.
