Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to use current electronic devices, such as tablets and touch screens.
Ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Two or more years of retail sales experience is preferred but not required; training is available for the right candidate.
Team player who is driven and motivated to succeed.
Strong listening skills, a positive attitude, and an outgoing personality.
Experience working directly with customers, including in service roles such as serving, bartending, retail sales, real estate, or flight attending.

Responsibilities

Greet and engage customers.
Identify customers’ home furnishing needs and help them realize their design vision.
Generate sales through a consultative approach.

Recommend additional products to complete a room.
