About The Position

Team Honda of Acadiana is seeking motivated, competitive, customer-focused professionals to build customer relationships, guide customers through the vehicle-buying process, close sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Candidates with automotive, retail, customer service, or commission-based sales experience are encouraged to apply; dealership sales experience is a plus, and qualified experienced candidates may receive special bonus incentives. Applicants without automotive experience may be trained.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Successfully complete a background check and drug screening as a condition of employment.
• Be motivated and goal-oriented, with an interest in performance-based earnings.
• Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a professional presence.
• Ability to work independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to a team.
• Automotive, retail, customer service, or commission-based sales experience; dealership sales experience is a plus.
