About The Position

Requirements

Customer service experience; face-to-face experience is preferred.
Excellent and effective communication and listening skills.
Willingness to learn and ability to be trained and coached.
One to three years of retail sales experience, preferably in a commissioned sales role.
Experience and/or proficiency with computerized systems and technologies, including Windows, Microsoft Office, POS systems, and digital or mobile devices.
High school diploma or GED equivalent and above.
Flexibility and availability to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Nice To Haves

Retail, hospitality, or service industry experience is preferred.
Experience or education in sales, upselling, marketing, or interior design is a plus.
