About The Position

A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is hiring an Area Manager for its Pittsburgh leadership team to oversee multiple janitorial accounts in the East Pittsburgh area. The role supports team members and ensures customers receive outstanding service. AQFS provides training and support, including for candidates who are ready to advance into management without prior management experience. The company has provided janitorial and floor care services since 2003 and emphasizes employee growth and promotion from within.

This is a full-time position, primarily scheduled from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM, with approximately 70% travel. On-call and weekend availability may be needed. The work environment is described as business casual.
