About The Position

UPMC Home Health is hiring full-time Registered Nurses to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients’ homes across the Monroeville and Plum communities and the greater Pittsburgh region. Assignments are based on patient need and proximity to the nurse’s home. The role offers independent practice supported by an interdisciplinary team, patient and family relationships, and flexible scheduling with 8- or 10-hour shifts. The position supports patient-centered outcomes while maintaining regulatory standards. UPMC offers career-ladder advancement, mileage reimbursement at the federal rate, and comprehensive benefits. Sign-on bonuses are available for new graduates and experienced RNs. Final title and compensation depend on experience, education, and career-ladder placement.
