About The Position

The Sales Outfitter - Archery performs selling and customer service activities, including greeting and acknowledging customers promptly and in a friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, and providing customers with information, assistance, and direction. The role supports a pleasant and productive shopping experience through product demonstrations, recommendations, merchandising, and replenishment. The Sales Outfitter stays current on product knowledge, advertised sales, pricing, and signing, and follows company policies and procedures. This is a part-time position.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner with customers and associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers, and customers.
• Ability to operate a computerized Point of Sale register system.

Responsibilities

• Provide a pleasant and productive shopping experience and uphold a strong commitment to world-class customer service.
• Greet and acknowledge customers promptly and in a friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products to customers.
• Assist customers with buying decisions by identifying and evaluating their needs and making product recommendations.
• Promote programs, including CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up.
• Replenish and restock products according to merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of products through ongoing product training.
• Stay informed about advertised sales and maintain pricing and signage.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves.
• Keep the work area clean, neat, and stocked with supplies.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
