Inductotherm Corp. has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Order Analyst to join our team, 100% on-site in Rancocas, New Jersey, Monday–Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence
Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and flexibility to meet business needs
Experience working with ERP systems or databases
Ability to interpret technical drawings or specifications
Familiarity with export regulations and international shipping procedures
High School Diploma or GED
Three (3) to Five (5) years of relevant experience.
Able to read printed word, write, speak, and understand English.
Have neat, business-like appearance.
Able to bend and reach and able to sit at a workstation for long periods of time and able to traverse the building.
Must disclose any medical implants or devices that could be impacted by induction fields

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in a foreign language is a plus

Responsibilities

Support internal sales operations including quoting, order entry, invoicing, shipping coordination, and documentation
Prepare and review export/import documentation in compliance with applicable regulations
Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and transactional data
Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional responses
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and logistics teams
Assist with process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Participate in a rotational schedule for after-hours/weekend phone coverage as needed
Handle other miscellaneous duties as assigned by department leadership.
