About The Position

This role focuses on managing and optimizing sales operations processes in Plano, Texas. The Senior Professional I will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals, provide insightful reporting on sales performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in sales operations or data analysis.
Experience with Alteryx for data blending and advanced analytics.
Proficiency in using Salesforce for managing sales operations and CRM.
Skilled in utilizing Tableau and relational databases for data visualization and business intelligence.

Nice To Haves

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
Experience in the consumer electronics or retail industry.
Familiarity with SAP ERP or similar business systems.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in a dynamic, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

Monitor sales quotas to ensure team members are meeting their targets and provide timely interventions and support as needed.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
Oversee and refine the sales process from lead generation through to the closing of deals, ensuring a seamless and efficient journey for both sales teams and customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to align efforts with overall business objectives.
Regularly produce detailed reports and provide actionable insights on sales performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
