The Senior Sales Operations Manager is a support function of the Sales Team. The person owns the oversight of the trade management system balancing >$550MM in trade promotion spend. This person must understand McCormick’s complex go-to market business model to make recommendations on tools and business process improvement areas to drive profitable growth. Must be able to manage day-to-day technical issues that arise with our business systems. The role also oversees the team responsible for McCormick’s in-store merchandising units (temporary and permanent). Plus manages the relationship for all third-party vendors in this space. This role must understand cross functional partners roles and responsibilities to better drive efficiency and effective business solutions.
