About The Position

Sprinklr is seeking a Sr. Sales Operations Manager with demonstrable experience in analyses, reporting, and processes across a broad range of Sales Operations and Sales topics. This role involves forecasting, pipeline management, deal advisory, territory management, and compensation. The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales Operations, Sales, Marketing, and the Senior Leadership team. The position prioritizes forecasting & pipeline management, deal advisory, territory management, and compensation. The role involves reporting to leaders and regional teams on results, forecasts, and trends with insights and analysis through dashboards, presentations, and reporting. The candidate will develop KPI reporting and key business insights, pull data points and analyses to influence leaders, and provide strategic recommendations. They will also develop recommendations for new business processes and initiatives, partner with the sales team to analyze trends in key performance indicators, develop financial models, and communicate initiatives and goals with the Senior Management Team. Additionally, the role supports compensation design and partners with cross-functional teams on business initiatives impacting systems, reporting, policies, and process improvements. The Sr. Sales Operations Manager will translate business initiatives into actionable objectives for Sales operations by developing, coordinating, and implementing a plan and measuring its impact.

Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • 10-12 years of related experience
  • Experience across one or all the following operations functional areas: Sales, Marketing, Inside Sales
  • Background in SaaS or a recurring customer subscription model company
  • Experience using CRM Software, BI Tools, and Google Applications
  • A strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with sound business judgment and a focus on problem solving.
  • Exceptional communication skills including ability to communicate new concepts when interfacing with Inside Sales teams and Business Leaders
  • Effectively manages many priorities across the organization and adjust as priorities change.
  • Experience with data management and an understanding of data transformation and visualization techniques to drive insights and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience with tools such as Domo, Tableau, SQL, Excel

Responsibilities

  • Report to leaders and regional teams on results, forecasts, and trends with insights and analysis through dashboards, presentations, and reporting

  • Develop financial models and analyses for business partners to support optimal sales and marketing decision making.
  • Communicate initiatives and goals with Senior Management Team
  • Support compensation design to determine the metrics and targets that the teams within Sales are measured on.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on business initiatives that impact systems, reporting, policies, and process improvements.
  • Translate business initiatives into actionable objectives for Sales operations by developing, coordinating, and implementing a plan then measuring the overall impact and success.
