About The Position

The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for understanding and communicating complex requirements for customer account setup, processing new account setups using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program, and capturing accurate and complete information within the CRM system. This role also supports the development of processes and documentation for the CRM system and conducts regular audits to ensure data integrity with the CRM and KNA operating system (SAP), including member listing and buying group audits. Additionally, the specialist will build relationships with field sales to support their CRM requests.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of prior experience in Customer Service or similar role.
  • Prior experience using Excel in a work context.
  • Demonstrated solution-oriented approach to support the Sales Team and Customers.
  • Organizes and carries out tasks in a process-oriented manner, contributing positively to the overall process.

  • Associate degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
