The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for understanding and communicating complex requirements for customer account setup, processing new account setups using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program, and capturing accurate and complete information within the CRM system. This role also supports the development of processes and documentation for the CRM system and conducts regular audits to ensure data integrity with the CRM and KNA operating system (SAP), including member listing and buying group audits. Additionally, the specialist will build relationships with field sales to support their CRM requests.
